Consumer Court Fee
(Ammended
on 1-4-2004)
Central
Govt, New Delhi has amended its rule, being
Consumer Protection Rule 1987, fixing the filing
fee payable in Consumer Dispute to be filed
before the Consumer forum as per the recent
amendment to Section 12(2) of the CPA 1987,
which is as follows; -
