PROCEDURE
FOR FILING A COMPLAINT WITH ICRPC
Individual
or joint complaint is accepted from grieved consumers if they
have bought product or service against payment of money. It is
necessary that the issue and subject should be the same against
common opposite parties when a join complaint is filed. Each
complainant has to pay the non refundable fee whether he is
filing complaint individually or jointly.

will receive the procedure within 2 minutes.
The
procedure for filing complaint has to be followed
strictly, else your complaint may be rejected. You need to
explain your complaint properly and in focused way so that we
understand what is your complaint. If you just make your
complaint without explaining the issue, but by just giving
references to your documents expecting us to discover your
complaint by reading those attached documents, we will reject
such a complaint and your fee will not be refunded. You need to
explain the complaint and in explanation refer to your attached
documents.
PROCEDURE
THAT WILL BE FOLLOWED BY ICRPC AFTER RECEIVING YOUR DOCUMENTS:
1)
After the receipt of your complaint with complaint number
by courier, we will acknowledge the receipt of the same. We
will issue a legal notice to the defaulting company after
receipt of your documents.
2)
If your grievance is not settled after sending
notice, ICRPC will further help you with preparation of
your case papers for filing in the consumer court. There will be
nominal fee for preparation of case papers.
3)
You will not
require a lawyer
as we give free guidance after making the case papers till the
final orders of the court. The judge in any consumer court
cannot force you to hire a lawyer if you are ready to attend the
court hearings on your own.
4)
When the judgment / order is given by the court, our job is
complete.
