About Us


International Consumer Rights Protection Council (ICRPC) is a registered, non-profit, non-political, Non Government Organization (NGO) working for the benefit and welfare of consumers in distress. Aims of International Consumer Rights Protection Council. We have following mission-

  • To evolve a corruption free society.

  • To educate the public on consumer issues and bring consumer awareness among masses.

  • To help consumers fight against the powerful and corrupt organizations / officials.

  • To guide and counsel consumers for filing their consumer complaints with the consumer court.

  • To provide with the latest information on consumer laws through the website.

  • To take action against corrupt government officers and report their activities to the concerned authorities.

  • To enlighten and encourage the citizens of India to become aware of their rights as a consumer.

  • To unite the public and offer them a platform to voice their grievances against defaulting companies and corrupt officials.

  • To redress the consumer grievance through mediation or out-of-court settlement and reduce load on the consumer courts.

  • We do not have any representative in any city or any agent elsewhere. All our operations are software driven and through internet only.

How we work

  • All our services come to you through internet so no need of running around. Just fill online complaint form and upload your documents (if below 5MB) or send your complaint documents by courier (if more than 5MB) to get all the help from our experts.

  • We do not meet anyone, so do not attempt to  visit any of our team members by visiting their office or residence because you will be turned away straightforwardly and you will find this rude and arrogant.

  • We have our our procedure to be followed if you are dealing with ICRPC. Hence, follow our procedure rather than imposing your own procedure on us or trying to teach us that your procedure is better than ours. We do not entertain such complaints that are sent to us without following our procedure.

  • We acknowledge each and every complaint that is received by us through online form or post / courier. And we generally work on your complaint and try mediation by legal notice within 30 days. Copy of all correspondence is sent to you by e-mail.

  • We do not maintain records of your documents for more than 6 months and destroy these unless you chose to file a case in the consumer court through us within 6 months of sending your documents to us.

  • We neither provide lawyers nor suggest any. We encourage you to deal with your case on your own as the process is very simple and you know your case better than any other person, even your lawyer. Please note that the consumer court cannot force you to hire a lawyer to defend your case.

  • We do not accept email attachments through general correspondence. Such emails are deleted at server level and do not reach us, amd may not be replied. We may even block you for sending large attachments.
