CAREFUL
WHEN DEALING WITH THESE COMPANIES / PRODUCTS (List
of companies, products, and services against which we receive
frequent complaints)
BEWARE
OF ICICI BANK and HDFC BANK: HIGHEST
NUMBER OF COMPLAINTS ARE AGAINST THESE BANKS
These
banks are the biggest defaulters, biggest cheaters, and operates with
no business ethics. Thousands of cases are filed against them in
various consumer courts across the country. Never
give them blank application forms with your signature
if you are availing loan, credit card facility, or opening any
account with them. They
promise different terms verbally
and then they
will fill different terms in the blank form containing your
signature. After this they will force you to agree to their terms
of higher interest rates and tenure as you have already signed
those blank papers. Never
give them undated signed blank cheques.
They will misuse the same, put different dates, and you will end
up running to consumer courts as thousands of sufferers are
already doing so. There
have been cases where they had deposited loam cheque and withdrawn the loan money from
consumer's account using his signed blank cheques. ICICI
bank has even
issued new credit card and account statements to dead persons!!
IF

Keep
credit card, loan, salary, and savings accounts in different banks
so that the bank does not withdraw money from one account to pay for
another account if you suffer from fraud in one account.

Communications that they deduct money from your available
balance by subscribing to the caller tunes, and other
promotional services without your knowledge and permission
to earn extra illegal money from the consumer. We have
recently received complaints from Mahendra Singh Rathore

India
Today Book Club, New Delhi, will lure you with offers which will
never be delivered after you pay the money. Do not fall into their
trap.

RAILWAY
PANTRY SERVICES CHARGING EXORBITANT RATES
ICRPC
has caught many contractors for charging more than prescribed
rates. Please be alert. Ask for bill and immediately complain
to the concerned authorities. We have noticed that this
corruption is very pertinent in almost all trains. Even
passengers are to be blamed partly as they do not ask for menu
card and the cash memo.
The
highest cheating goes on in vegetarian meal in Thali that
costs Rs. 22 and is charged around Rs. 40 from passengers.
The vegetarian meal in casserole costs Rs.30 (with
300ml mineral water) but it is charged Rs. 45 from

BEWARE OF
TRANSPORTERS WHO STEAL AND DAMAGE GOODS
There
is sudden increase in complaints against transporters who
transport goods to and from Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai,
Pune and Mumbai (all IT Hubs). The transporters promise
exclusive truck while they send goods in shared trucks. They ask
extra money for insurance but the goods are not insured. Never
give advance, as they extort more money and threaten not to
deliver the goods. In few cases the goods never reached their
destination, and the office of transporter vanished with the
goods. It is risky to deal with these transporters:

Movers, D2D Express Cargo, Trans Relocation
packers and Movers, Aryan Logistics packers and movers, Agarwal
Packers, DRS Logistics, AM packers and movers,
Rock Express, Balaji Transport, and many more.....
ALERT:
BEWARE
OF INSURANCE COMPANIES
New
India Insurance Company Ltd, ICICI Lombard, TATA AIG,
and National Insurance Co. Ltd. are the leading
cheaters in the insurance market who reject the policies for
some reason or other, most favorite being
pre-existing disease clause.
Keep
away from these insurance companies if you want peace of mind ,
else you will end up spending huge amounts in follow ups and
waste a lot of your time in court. It is better to remain without
insurance rather than dealing with such irresponsible
companies.

BEWARE
OF
CREDIT
CARD FRAUDS
ICICI
bank, HDFC bank, and SBI bank credit cards
are the most risky as major of the complaints
are against these banks. HDFC bank sends goondas who will use
abusive language with an effort to extort money from you.
Immediately report to the nearest police station against such goondaism.
RBI remains a silent, innocent, and foolish spectator, as if
it does not know anything.

BEWARE OF THE
COUNTRY CLUB, BANGALORE
Their
representative will visit your house for life membership and free
land in coconut grove. Neither you will get the land nor your
money back. The
membership is useless as you will end up paying more and more
under undisclosed heads. Fraud targeted in Bangalore and Hyderabad.
We have written to police commissioner but no action has been
taken by police as they are hand in glove. Many cases
have been filed in consumer courts against this company. Few of
ICRPC members have already received order from the court for
refund of their money from the Country Club. This company is
regularly advertising in the Times of India and some TV channels,
and now started cheating people in Dubai also. CLICK

QUEST & QUESTNET, CHENNAI
This
cheater will try to sell you gold coin which will never ever
reach you.

harassed in the consumer courts when they go there to submit
consumer complaint or attend hearings. They are not being served
properly by the clerks, and the judges keep on giving hearing
dates without arriving to judgment. These acts are contrary to the
purpose of setting up of consumer courts that were basically meant

date, and location of the incident in writing through duly signed
